Most of my scarves are individually hand-dyed so I do not have specific colours as such. Scarves shown on my website are the actual ones for sale, so contact me by e-mail first, quoting the design and colour number of the scarf - e.g. 'Bracken' SM905 so that it can be set aside. On receipt of payment and your name and address, your scarf will be sent boxed by 1st class post or by Special Delivery - Next Day Service (this will need to be signed for) I accept payments by cheque, Postal Order or via PayPal . I will accept banker's drafts in GBP only from overseas buyers, but not cheques in other currencies. Costs for P&P are shown below; this will need to be added to the cost of the scarf.

Items purchased from my website are normally sent within 2 - 3 days, special orders take about 2 - 3 weeks to complete. Returns need to be made within 7 days and must be unworn and undamaged for a refund on the item only.

NOTE
All of my colourways can be reproduced in terms of design and colour but will not match those shown exactly as there will always be slight variations from each dye batch. Off-cuts can be supplied for colour, or test strips done for special orders. Contact me by e-mail if you require this service.

HOW TO BUY - CARDS

Cost of order is price of cards plus P&P. Contact me by e-mail quoting design, colour & quantity and I will give you a quote for the cost of P&P. All cards are packaged in polybags and despatched in boxes or card-backed envelopes. Returns need to be made within 7 days and must be unopened and undamaged for a refund on the items only.
